CM KP Announces Major Relief Packages: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur, has taken a very important and revolutionary welfare step aimed at providing practical assistance to the weak and deprived sections of society. Under this initiative, “Roshan Mustaqbal Card” and “Sahara Card” have been launched, through which regular financial assistance will be provided to orphaned children and widows.
Roshan Mustaqbal Card for Orphaned Children
The main objective of the Roshan Mustaqbal Card is to provide monthly financial assistance to orphaned children between the ages of 5 and 16 so that they can meet their education and other basic requirements of life. Under this program, each orphan will be given Rs. 5000 per month. Initially, nine thousand orphaned children will benefit from this card. This initiative will not only help in the education and training of children but will also provide them with an opportunity to live a dignified life in society. The government has assured that this assistance will be provided regularly on the 5th of every month.

Sahara Card Guarantees Protection for Widows
The Sahara Card is an important step for widows, under which women aged 45 years and above will be given financial assistance of Rs. 5000 every month. Currently, 15 thousand widows are benefiting from this program. This card aims to provide financial security to widows so that they can support their families in a better way. Given the arrival of Eid-ul-Azha, the government has announced to provide the amount collected for May and June, that is, Rs. 10 thousand per deserving person, which is proof of the serious intention of the government.
Transparent and Regular System
The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has given transparency as a basis for the issuance of Roshan Mustaqbal and Sahara Cards. The selection of beneficiaries has been done clearly and transparently so that no deserving person is deprived of this assistance. These programs will be further expanded in the coming months, and the registration of more beneficiaries will also start in July.

The government has not neglected the disabled either. The Chief Minister announced that electric wheelchairs are being provided to the disabled and disabled students who earn a living so that they can become self-sufficient and live a dignified life.
